Together we will reflect on the lessons of the past year, let go of old patterns, and open our hearts to new possibilities. Cacao, the heart-opening plant medicine, will guide us into softness, clarity, and renewal—helping you step into the new year with intention, trust, and inner strength. 🌿 What to Expect: A nurturing cacao ceremony to honour endings and new beginnings Guided meditation for release and visioning the year ahead Somatic awareness practices to ground and renew your energy Journaling and intention setting for 2026 Sharing circle (optional) in a safe, supportive space Come as you are—this is a space to close the chapter of 2025 with gratitude and step into the new year aligned, open, and empowered.
