You tried exercising (even meditation) but still, something is missing.   • Is physical touch required for a Reiki session? Does it work online?
    The energy is transmitted by placing the hands-on or just above the client, so no touching is required for treatment. It can be done from a distance and via online. We don't even need to be in the same country. It stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities and harmonises both body and mind while you lie down and relax. During treatment, you remain fully clothed.
  • What does a Reiki treatment look like? Do I need to share anything?
    The treatment starts with 10 -15 minutes of informal chat to discuss what you would like me to focus on (pain, stress, confidence issues etc) or you can just jump on the treatment table straight away :) You can let me know if I should switch on my clairvoyance and clairaudience skills - this is completely up to you. The treatment itself will be around 40-45 minutes. I scan your body for blockages and work with the chakra system. After the healing part, I share my observations with you if requested.

    A treatment feels like warm, gentle sunshine which flows through you and surrounds you and comforts you. Reiki treats the body, emotions and mind and spirit as a whole. It is safe for adults, children, mothers–to–be, babies and animals.

    Even one session can make a difference but between three and ten sessions will bring significant benefits. These may happen weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your needs.

    Reiki is not a religious practice, but a way to support natural healing for everyone everywhere. Reiki can detect and reach a root cause of a condition. It will help to make more life energy available to you so that the body-mind can activate self-healing powers. Reiki is compatible with other forms of treatment.
