The 1:1 Self-Connection Workshop is a premium, personalised experience designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self, gain clarity, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change in your life. This is not a standard therapy session. It is a bespoke journey that combines modern therapeutic approaches with ancient healing practices, creating a deeply transformative experience tailored specifically to your needs. Depending on your goals, your workshop may include hypnotherapy, mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, nervous system regulation, ceremonial cacao, gentle yoga and movement practices, womb healing, inner child work, creative expression, spiritual exploration, and other therapeutic and holistic approaches. The day is dedicated entirely to you. I do not schedule other clients on the same day, allowing me to prepare fully for our work together and provide a safe, supportive space without rushing the process. This work may support healing deep emotional wounds, unresolved trauma, inherited family patterns, ancestor healing, emotional release, spiritual growth, self-discovery, confidence, self-worth, and a deeper connection with your true self.
